The website endon-gnosis.gr, hereinafter referred to as the WEBSITE, is the property of the non-profit organization "ENDON GNOSIS", hereinafter referred to as ENDON GNOSIS, which is based at 3 Agiou Konstantinou street, Piraeus, Greece. The purpose of the WEBSITE is to advertise, promote and sell the books published and distributed by ENDON GNOSIS.

User Contract
Use of this WEBSITE is subject to the terms set forth below. The use of the WEBSITE presumes that the visitor/user has studied, understood and accepted all the terms of use of the WEBSITE, without any exception. In case they do not agree with these terms, they must not use the services and the content of the WEBSITE. ENDON GNOSIS may modify these terms of service at any time and the visitor/user must always check for possible changes, while if they continue to use the WEBSITE, it is presumed that they have accepted, explicitly and unconditionally, those modified terms of service. Otherwise, they must abstain from using the WEBSITE.
Intellectual and industrial property rights
All content on the WEBSITE which, among others, includes logos, texts, graphics, images, photographs, drawings, videos, sounds, etc., hereinafter referred to as the "CONTENT", is intellectual property and registered trademarks of ENDON GNOSIS or third parties that have authorized ENDON GNOSIS to use this material. The aforementioned entities retain all relevant intellectual property rights in accordance with current Greek, European and International Law.
The appearance of the CONTENT on the WEBSITE should in no way be construed by anyone as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use it. The CONTENT is available to visitors/users exclusively for personal and not for public or commercial use. It is prohibited to copy, modify, compile, translate, republish, reproduce, distribute or retransmit by any means, all or part of the CONTENT of the WEBSITE, without the written permission of ENDON GNOSIS.
Obligations of visitor/user
The visitor/user of the WEBSITE must use the webpages and services of the WEBSITE in accordance with the rules and provisions of Greek, European and International Law, the relevant legislation governing telecommunications and common decency. In the event that a visitor/user causes, due to misuse or improper use, technical damage or problems on the WEBSITE or the systems that host it, they will be liable for them and is obliged to assume the cost of repairing them.
Limitation of Liability
ENDON GNOSIS makes every effort and takes the necessary protective measures for the provision of high-quality services and for the smooth operation of the WEBSITE. However, under no circumstances, including the case of negligence, is ENDON GNOSIS responsible for any damage caused to the visitor/user by accessing and using the content and services of the WEBSITE. ENDON GNOSIS does not guarantee that the contents and services of the WEBSITE will be provided uninterruptedly and without errors or problems, nor that the WEBSITE and/or the servers through which the WEBSITE is connected to the visitor/user’s computer, will be free of malicious software. Therefore, the responsibility for any damage or loss of data that may be caused to the computer system of the visitor/user due to the use of the WEBSITE and its services, lies solely with the visitor/user.

THE WEBSITE provides access to third party websites through appropriate links. These links have been placed solely for the convenience of the visitors/users of the WEBSITE. ENDON GNOSIS has no control over and is not responsible for the content, privacy policy, quality, security, legality and accuracy of the information or services provided by third party websites. If the visitor/user of the WEBSITE decides to visit, through these links, any of the third-party websites, they accept that they do so at their own risk.
Privacy policy
ENDON GNOSIS undertakes to protect and be limited only to the legal processing of the personal data of the visitors/users of the WEBSITE. The collection and processing of personal data is done in accordance with the relevant Greek and European legislation and the relevant decisions and acts of the competent Data Protection Authority.
1. Information that is retrieved and collected automatically
Each time the WEBSITE is used by a visitor/user, the following information is automatically retrieved and collected: the full address of the webpage visited by the user, the browser and operating system used, the date and time they visited the WEBSITE and the IP address they used to connect to the Internet. This information is collected primarily for the purpose of protecting the WEBSITE from malicious use as well as for statistical and other administrative purposes.
2. Cookies policy
Cookies are small text files, which are stored in the navigation application (browser) of the visitor/user during their navigation of the WEBSITE and are necessary for its proper operation, such as in the selection of the language in which the web pages are displayed, the addition of products to the ‘shopping cart’, the use of the Contact page etc. However, the visitor/user has the ability, if they so wish, to activate an appropriate setting in their navigation application, in order to delete cookies that have been stored, to completely disable the storage of cookies etc. In the latter case, however, they will not be able to use some of the functions of the WEBSITE, such as those mentioned above.
3. Information provided voluntarily by the visitor/user
In order for the visitor/user to navigate the WEBSITE, they do not need to provide any personal data. Personal data will be requested from the visitor/user only in the following cases:
(1) Send an email via the contact page of the WEBSITE. In this case, the name and e-mail address of the visitor/user are requested.
(2) Submission of product order, through the "shopping cart" of the WEBSITE or via telephone communication or e-mail. In these cases, the visitor/user is asked for their full name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and in addition, any invoice details for professional use (activity, VAT number, Tax Office, etc.), in order to process the respective order.
4. Non-assignment to third parties
ENDON GNOSIS may process and publish statistics related to the use of the WEBSITE, without disclosing personal data that may lead to the identification of its visitors/users. The personal data of the visitors/users are used in accordance with the terms contained in this Privacy Policy and ENDON GNOSIS will not, under any circumstances, be sold, loaned or disclosed to third parties the personal data of visitors/users of the WEBSITE without their express consent, unless requested by the competent judicial, police or other authorities, at their legal request and in accordance with applicable law.
5. Transmission of data to courier companies
ENDON GNOSIS obligatorily transmits to a third party (ELTA or other transport or courier company) the minimum necessary personal data of the visitor/user necessary for the execution of the shipping and delivery of his order. These data are: name, surname, address (City / Area, street, number) and contact telephone number of the recipient.
In accordance with the applicable general personal data protection policy of the visitors/users of the WEBSITE, if a visitor/user requests information-notification about the identity of the cooperating transport provider, ENDON GNOSIS will respond by disclosing the information of the provider that has undertaken the execution of the specific shipping for which the request is submitted.
6. Correction or Deletion of personal data
The visitor/user can contact ENDON GNOSIS to find out if there is any personal data concerning him in the file of the WEBSITE and request their correction or deletion.
7. Consent
The use of the WEBSITE by the visitor/user and the submission of his personal data implies his consent to the collection, storage and processing of his personal data, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.

1. Sale prices
It is pointed out that the listed selling prices of the books of the WEBSITE are retail selling prices and include the corresponding VAT.
2. Ways to place an order
A. On-Line order via the WEBSITE
The visitor/user adds the products they wish to purchase to the "shopping cart" of the WEBSITE and then following the instructions that appear, submits the On-Line billing details, the recipient details and chooses the payment method for his order.
B. By telephone

A. Payment by Credit or Debit card
The customer pays the payment amount of his order by credit or debit card through the secure payment system of epay (www.epayworldwide.gr).
B. Payment via PayPal
The customer pays the payment amount of his order through the secure payment system of Paypal (www.paypal.com). Payment can be made either through the customer's Paypal account (if any) or by debit or credit card (even if the customer does not have a Paypal account).

If the implementation of the banking transaction includes any costs (e.g. remittance from another bank or country, etc.), those are entirely borne by the customer.
4. Shipping products
A. Shipping to Greece
Shipping within Greece is made free of charge for the customer (all shipping costs are borne exclusively by ENDON GNOSIS) and is processed through ELTA or other transport or courier companies. Delivery time is usually 1 to 7 working days after placing the order.
B. Shipping outside Greece
Shipping abroad is usually processed by ELTA or, where applicable, by other international courier companies. Delivery time of an order depends on the delivery time of ELTA or the respective courier company, as well as the destination country.
5. Order delay - Force majeure
ENDON GNOSIS is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery of its products that is due to occurrences that cannot be attributed to ENDON GNOSIS or due to force majeure. Examples are strikes, terrorist acts, failure or damage to the telecommunications network, delays in postal / transport services, governmental or legislative acts, exchange rate fluctuations, natural disasters, etc. However, in any case, ENDON GNOSIS will make any possible effort to contact the customer in order to settle his order.
6. Returns
In case the customer receives a misprinted or defective book, or a title different from the one he ordered, he should contact ENDON GNOSIS immediately (within 7 days from receiving of the book), so that after consultation, the book can be replaced or returned. In case of ENDON GNOSIS fault, the shipping costs are borne by the latter.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of use and the use of the WEBSITE are governed by European and Greek Law. The courts of Athens (Greece) are solely responsible for resolving any dispute that may arise from the use of the WEBSITE or regarding the interpretation or application of these terms of use or on their occasion.
